Quality Control Process

IQC

Incoming Quality Control (IQC): To ensure that the materials produced and processed in the factory meet the requirements of the drawings, all incoming materials shall be inspected and recorded in accordance with the incoming specifications, sampling plans, and inspection items.

IPQC

In-process Quality Control (IPQC): During the production and manufacturing process, it is sequentially divided into first-piece inspection, patrol inspection, and appropriate inspection items that are carried out according to client requirements.

FQC

Final Quality Control (FQC): Before shipment, random sampling is conducted following the sampling standards to confirm that the products to be shipped are free from quality issues.
